These website terms explain the public Powerbeat site and the selective private pilot. They are not the binding acceptance terms for the authenticated product.
Website and pilot information
The public website provides information about Powerbeat and a way to contact Powerbeat about the selective private pilot. Viewing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a subscription, guarantee pilot access, or replace the separate acceptance flow required before binding product terms apply in the Powerbeat app.
Selective pilot access
Powerbeat is incomplete private-pilot software. Registration is reviewed individually and does not guarantee access, onboarding, compatibility, availability, support, or a future commercial offer. Features can change, fail, be limited, or be withdrawn during the pilot.
No public paid offer
The website offers no public price or paid plan. Accepted pilot homes currently receive access without a Powerbeat fee. Third-party costs remain separate. Any future paid access requires separate terms, clear pricing, and explicit acceptance in the product.
Compatibility and third parties
Only the connector families and capability-specific limitations identified on the Product page are claimed. Mixed-brand direction does not mean universal compatibility. Devices, APIs, accounts, firmware, networks, AI providers, and other third-party services remain subject to their owners' availability, terms, safeguards, warranties, and changes.
Safety and professional responsibility
Powerbeat does not replace compliant electrical design, professional installation, commissioning, breakers, device protections, manufacturer safeguards, supervision, or electrical, financial, or legal advice. Users remain responsible for safe equipment, settings, credentials, connectivity, and compliance with manufacturer and professional instructions.
Automation and AI
Rules, Agent actions, and AI output depend on configuration, reported capabilities, permissions, data quality, and mode-specific limits. Act mode can execute allowed site actions without case-by-case approval. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Users must review settings, proposals, results, and the safety of their home and equipment.
Content, intellectual property, and links
Powerbeat names, design, text, software, and original media remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. External links are provided for context; their operators control their content and availability.
Availability and liability
Public information is maintained with care but can become incomplete or outdated, especially during the pilot. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraud, guarantees, or mandatory product-liability law. Any binding product agreement will state its own service and liability terms.
